Work life balance Fintech functional knowledge Complementary food and cabs

Cons

Less compensation as compared to competitors. Hikes not good since last 2 years. Previously they use to give 100% bonus now they dont. Slowly they are moving towards 5days work from Office model making 3 days wfo mandatory from June 1.
