Convenient shuttle service, complimentary drinks, and a friendly team make for a comfortable and enjoyable work environment.

Cons

Bell curve grading system creates unhealthy competition. Unrealistic 90% availability expectations, despite most tickets taking longer than 20 minutes. One DSat can ruin promotion chances, and with limited survey opportunities and no way to request feedback, it’s hard to recover. Management constantly adds new rules (always trying to fix something that is not broken), micromanages, and doesn’t listen to employee concerns—even escalations go unheard. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT
