Friendly atmosphere. Decent perks and remuneration.
Cons
Operation locally rely on other countries' decision which some countries are less flexible than others. It is a blocker for the company as a whole. Management are old fashioned and too much talking. Not so much advancement opportunity meanwhile undergoing through not so interesting responsibility daily. All those are based on the observation and experience in a specific location of this company. Other places could have been different.
