Cons

There is no recognition for contributions, workplace politics are widespread, and growth opportunities are limited. Salaries remain low while work pressure is high. Even after clearing multiple interview rounds, securing an opportunity is very difficult. Most managers lack subject knowledge about the projects, and overall management is poor. This environment makes it suitable only for entry‑level IT jobs, and realistically, one should not stay here for more than two years.
