very low pay, no proper criteria for employee review, they take out people randomly and say you aren't performing well, go into pip, they wont mention where you performed unwell or what you did wrong, they just say its employee life cycle, go through it they are making a chain reaction, first, they put you in pip at year starting, then at year-end in the review cycle they say that we are giving a low rating since you were in pip, so we can't increase the rating even when you are performing well, then again next year they put you in pip saying that you got a low rating. and don;t know what is their problem with iits and nits, they wont go to prestigious colleges for hiring, will just go to nearby citi colleges and hire people.
