Pros

- Great work life balance and people are nice. Slow paced company. Will give remote work if needed - Will get recognized and can get promoted if there are opportunities

Cons

- Low salary - You have to be in a team which does latest tech then you can learn something

Pros

very good benefits package, competitive salary, responsive middle management, some strong leaders in upper management, quality was a primary focus in lots of areas

Cons

plenty of inertia, some middle managers lacked stomach to report problems up, product development function lacked innovative aspirations, suffered from feature-itis, in general the primary product is facing pricing pressure as a result of a lack of innovation
