Pros
Lot's of growth and learning opportunities; Large set of products and departments where one can apply their talents - from cloud tech to AI and NLPs. A lot of different tech stacks to work with for programmers of all levels and experiences.
Cons
Hectic schedule, very fast pace environment, stressful time lines. Company can turn on a spot and retire entire product line because it is not cost efficient. Along with teams who worked on it. Having said that, there are a lot of internal opportunities. Need to watch for them and what is going on in the company. Also different departments have very different internal policies and management styles. Almost like working for different companies.
