Pros

- 8 hours shift if night shift - Door-to-door shuttle drop off for Mid shift, pick up for GY shift, - Free Beverages - Reasonable compensation package

Cons

- Micro-managers in CUS Dept - Managerial Promotion is Political and biased (if you are vocal about the changes especially in CUS Dept, don't expect that you'll progress further in the Corporate Ladder) - If you are from the CUS Department and you want to apply internally, you will most likely be protested by the upper management as they prefer their employees to find work elsewhere instead of transferring internally. - We are basically "Lab rats" of the upper management of the CUS dept where they immediately implement whatever changes or rule they think of, and then adjust on the fly if the changes made is too much or not working. When we provide feedback, it basically is too late since they only listen to themselves and the 360 degree feedback system is fraud. This is why I don't like it when the upper management is handled by Filipinos as Filipino managers are not progressive and adaptive to change. - All the recent changes in the CUS Department are very pro-management. They removed the ability to choose which work shift you want to work for because their reasoning is that it is part of the job description (which is very BPO style btw), we are also forced to adjust our planned leave if it exceeds the threshold minimum. I came to this company having the freedom to choose if I want to adjust my leave or not, and then let the metric decide if I will be forced to adjust or not. Basically, you are forced to adjust to everything because I feel that the management of the CUS dept wanted to reduce their workload on their end. - This company doesn't want to identify itself as a BPO company, but with all the reasons mentioned above, especially for the CUS Department, we are no different than the actual BPOs found in this country.
