Management outside of location are very slow to do anything to take care of problems.

always on time paycheck with direct deposit......as a driver - easy minimum wage type job no matter how long you've been there, some drivers maybe $1 more than the minimum depending on area

Cons

will be asked to do more and more without proper training and without compensation, could go 2+ years without a raise and when they finally do give you a raise it could be .50-$1 and asked to do even more with less help
