Another warehouse job where management will do the bare minimum they are required to do and I'd find some of the employees, despite it not being their job, seem to be more approachable and helpful. management had me train in several people then followed up with telling me that I needed to do a better job. Every day is a problem finding a functioning wave/scanner. Chemical spills/safety hazards would be neglected for days. 0 accountability

Low pay, high stress work. No growth in company. Zero trust in workers. Micro-manage. Ethnicity specifically chosen in order to pay salary very low.
