Where to start….Training is a joke. The need to learn 3 different systems to finalize one sale is insane. Corporate unwilling to listen to anything that successful long term managers had to say in order to help sales. These people live in their own bubble and will not budge. Factory lines are great, but for non dealer shops it is an unsuccessful formula. Corporate will cut and cut and cut without giving you any tools to succeed. Then come shut down your location without any warning. If you think you’re coming into this job thinking you can fix this situation you’re kidding yourself!
