You get a paycheck every 2 weeks and get to contribute to CEO Elliott Badzin's dream of sending money to Israel. Last years corporate sales vacation was to Israel. Thats what the company should be spending money on. $3K plane tickets per person to a volatile region with armed escorts to the Syrian border to see where wars are going on. Very appropriate decision Eliott. Keep your personal beliefs to yourself.
Cons
This company is the biggest penny pinching-dont give a **** about their employees company ever. Havnt had a raise in years even when Eliott personally told us how great the company was doing and profit sharing and bla bla bla. Hes a liar. Its his job to lie to the workers cause he thinks he's above everyone in life. Someone should buy FMP off his hands and ship him off to the middle east where he wants to be. Just google his name and George Bush. This company is doomed. Theres only 1 solution to saving this company and I wont share it because I hope this place sinks to the ground to teach those arrogant losers a life lesson. I really feel sorry for the real workers who have to pick/receive/deliver the parts for low pay. They will never see a dime of Eliotts money-cant receive same bonuses people get for doing NOTHING 4 out of 5 days a week. Spending more time wondering where to go out for lunch than trying to make this company real profits. It's a shame. Good luck everyone. This company had promise...but corporate ignorance/arrogance/inexperience has doomed it all.
