An amazing place where people are respectful and support each other. The team dynamic is real here and everyone seems to work together.

Cons

The attorneys are incredibly busy, so things can get a little frantic sometimes. However, the attorneys are really nice and treat their assistants with respect. They never make you feel as though you are a subordinate as their assistant.

Well-functioning teams make office life a pleasure. Very smart staff and lawyers. Great to have opportunity to work with so many qualified people

Cons

Playbook is not clear to all - difficult to integrate as an outsider unless bring lots of business already.

Cons

Very poor communication between administration and staff. There has been questionable decision making practices when it comes to staff management and performance.
