This is a typical law firm, but with way less name recognition

=No transparency =False sense of security =Inconsistencies in management =No streamlining processes

Pros

The law firm is stable and continues to grow. They are undergoing a renovation currently, so the environment is really nice.

Cons

The IT department is small in my office and there is not a lot of room for growth. Thus I'm exploring other opportunities.
