Pros

Most of the staff has been there over 30 years which says a lot for the firm. They are always showing their employees how much they appreciate the hard work they do. It was a pleasure to go into the office every day. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help with whatever was needed. I liked working for my immediate manager. She was extremely knowledgable in her field, and I was constantly learning.

Cons

It is always best to hear all sides of an issue before jumping to conclusions.

Good hours, saner/more managable pace of day to day than other firms

Cons

A large portion of the billings came from one client, so if anything were to ever happen to that relationship, I feared the firm might be in jeopardy; little advancement for non-attorney/professional staff
