The company heavily advertises how fair they treat all their employees. You only get all your benefits when you’re located at the HQ. If you’re working on the ground you lose out on some solid benefits. Management doesn’t listen at all. You can tell them something very vital and they will simply just say “okay” and disregard what you said. In addition they’ll blame you for a lot of issues for your location when they’re out of your roll and pay even though the ball is in their court. Fair uses you to the absolute max, they have you doing long hours, very little to no days off. I’ve seen them randomly fire two locations with no heads up given.

No security by any means. They work you to the absolute max of ones ability, the moment someone from corp feels your a threat they will blame you and then fire you. All those in management at the corporate office at this company have no back bone, they will not stick up for even the most hardworking loyal of its employees. They use each person and toss them out like nothing. I've seen directors of different departments get fired. Gag orders are handed out like candy so of course none of them want to lose out on the stocks offered and purchased when given an actual title within the company. They dont care about their customers and give out bad cars. I'm glad I no longer have to be apart of the con.
