Open culture that supports growth and opportunities. Fun atmosphere, smart employees, and inspiring management. Great place to work.

Cons

I really have no complaints. Compared to other companies I have worked for in the past, this company cares about their employees on both personal and professional levels like I've never experienced before. It's rare in this day and age.
