Pros

When I started, I fell in love with the culture. It was a fun place to work and my team really cared for one another. I learned a lot during my time here. Stress level was manageable. Had the tools necessary to do my job.

Cons

Lots of change. During my time here, the management team for my department changed a few times. It went from good to horrible- quickly. Unable to set realistic expectations. Working through covid was stressful. Rarely got any recognition. Competitive and cut throat. The company then sold and the new company did not stand for the same values. Happy I got out when I did.

Pros

Flexible PTO, high paced environment, work from home options

Cons

Company went through cultural shifts, turnover, lack of leadership throughout levels of org/ org centers after M&A. Lack of upward mobility at new company. Job duties compounded from lay offs without consultation from mid level managers.
