Pros

I was on the product team, which has a ton of very talented developers. Very strong management on the product team. They really know what they're doing and know how to drive product development in the right direction. Lots of room for improvement in a lot of places, so if you're looking to start working here in a technical role there's lots of opportunity. The key is to seize the initiative on big projects and see them through to the end. Solid company, you'll have very good job security here. Strong CEO with a lot of insight into the market and a proven entrepreneurial history. Along with a proven track record of success starting business he has experience working at NASA and IBM. Really smart guy and pretty much always accessible. This place really has some of the most fun and best tech to work on in the Tampa Bay area. If you want to work in open source software, Linux, cloud infrastructures, this is the place in the Tampa Bay region. There's tons of room here to really make a difference. Standard benefits as most other places. 4% 401k match, health covered 75% for yourself, dental available, etc. Really awesome place to either start your career and learn a lot or get a stable position where you'll make large contributions to the organization for years.

Cons

No WFH. There was a time where we could WFH. Technical workers should be allowed some shifts to WFH. The times I was allowed to WFH I got more done than I could've in the office. The push for culture can be a little much at times. It's picked up the last year or two, my first year and a half or two years it was great. There can be some cumbersome bureaucracy but every organization gets some of this. Really not a whole lot of cons.
