Before June 2015 it was a very good company to work for with a family type working atmosphere.

I worked at Fairfield for 15 years. They covered up sexual harassment.... pathetic!! Worked in Denver office and Corporate office in Houston helped cover up this harassment!!!!

great crew, good job experience, especially out of school, international travel was fun, good off time, great node technology. I thoroughly enjoyed the people I worked with

very disorganized from the top, low pay, seems behind in procedures, too family oriented, most higher ups lack education and only have the position due to seniority, many party managers seem under qualified. the guy in charge of the flights and travel looks and talks like a homeless bum.
