They expect high results but don't provide adequate tools or staf

Pros

Honestly, the only good thing were some of the employees. Things went downhill after Jeff let his son take over. He hasn't run the company in years.

Cons

The cons here are probably too many to list. They suck you in with decent pay, so it's hard to leave. But you'll walk into a mess that they expect you to clean up. You'll be expected to do a lot, either by yourself, or with very little help. People get promoted on the buddy system. Not based on actual hard work.

Pros

They offered me a position when I was out of work and gave me a chance with minimal experience

Cons

Property Manager played me on my $200 bonus, but I ended up receiving it, but was also fired for going over her head and speaking up about my money that I was told we did not Bonus on but we did. I Won!!!
