Business Outlook

Pros

Home office team are all hard working ready to help hands on team players. Lots of industry training from the first day. Company cares about the properties and does not hesitate to put money back into the property. Encourages continued education. Very strict about following all local, state and federal housing laws (which protects the company and the employee.

Cons

As some regions are growing very fast regional managers are being overwhelmed leaving them over worked and stressed. Promotions from within seem far and few between. Mostly hire very young fresh out of college (industry standard), Regional managers lead by fear of reprisal and often talk down to subordinates. Common sense is often not part of the daily equation.
