Pros

Fairweather is a great company to work for if you enjoy diverse day to day projects and responsibilities depending on your position. They support many different industries and encourage cross utilization of personnel, both in the office and in the field. They have a great reputation within the Natural Resource Industry for providing superior remote services and customer service.

Cons

As Fairweather is a support service company, a majority of their work is project based and therefore can fluctuate depending on how many clients/projects they are supporting.
