Amazing coworkers Amazing dispatchers Variety and Interesting calls New ambulances and great place to start EMS career

Cons

Having to work with incompetent Aurora Fire Medics High turnover rate Medic Immunity Exists Questionable higher management Really new company, so if there is an issue you really only have one person in higher management to talk to. God forbid you're on their bad side.

Pros

None to speak of. It's a job but rates lower than similar positions in other companies.

Cons

No real protocol. There are more gray areas in what you can and can't do than any normal hospital nurse has ever seen. They just expect you to complete the call one way or another and good luck refusing a dangerous call. Pay much less than hospital. Danger to license. High stress.
