Great company culture and a good salary. Very respectful superiors. There's room for having fun and enjoying the day. You make a difference.

Cons

The tasks can be quite repetitive tasks and the long shifts takes up all day. Not much opportunity of progression.

Good infrastructure, good location, friendly staff, supportive management team and a wide choice of shifts over a 24 hours period. Abilities to do overtime.

Cons

Poor fleet (a lot of damaged vehicles), poor choice of equipment (some very heavy i.e. stair climber. Poor middle management structure with little support to crew members due to a lack of professionalism amongst the team.
