Huge possiblities if you're open to do some networking, are creative and a little patient.

Cons

Getting ideas to actually be implemented takes patience because innovation processes can be long and democratic.

Great purpose / Chaotic and old-fashioned

It feels great to work at a company that helps and saves people Lots of changes happening, so many opportunities to make an impact

Cons

Organisation is extremely old-fashioned, people don't understand basic business processes, many important processes are not handled digitally Salaries are all over the place, some people earn a lot, other very little
