      Pros

      Good health ins benefits, 6% 401k match (takes 3 years to vest). Good reputation, they have 911 contracts all over LA County and OC.

      Cons

      Reduced hours, no OT, bad hourly rate, bitter staff, disorganized managers.

      Pros

      I believe that everyone that has a sincere desire to improve the work conditions throughout the oil and gas industry should participate in a training sessions organized by Falck.

      Cons

      There is always a con to every job that you take, but hopefully Falck can really breakthrough with a better compensation package for those instructors that are really proven and professional

      Units in good shape , Training offered to employees , Get experience and leave, benefits are great

      Cons

      PAY! No call bonus after running all day , No growth ,Start off as a floater for 2/4 months , Sucks not having a set Schedule, so many employees you become a number.
