Grossly miss managed. High turnover rate should be a 🚩 red flag when it comes to management. Little to no communication. Willing to send out disciplinary emails but wont answer emails sent to them. During transition they sort of had an excuse for being new. But that incompetency only persisted. Every time management changed hands it was the same issues. No one knows what they are doing and everyone is just flying by the seat of their pants. Its clear the owners from denmark are only here to cash in on American healthcare. Their “flagship 911 operations” was a completely disaster and all of us from the field cant wait until they kick rocks. They would rather hire ‘travel paramedics’ $50+ and $1,000/week for housing than pay their own employees a fair wage.
