- some good managers -average pay - remote work

Cons

- can feel like customer service - overworked - no flexibility. you have to stay on phones and can feel pressured to stay glued to your screen for 8 hours. - over monitoring - you will question what your job task actually are. job role is constantly changing - high pressure - low pay for high expectations & no real incentives. 3% bonus IF that - can feel bored and repetitive and low possibilty for growth

No Room for Growth and Micro Manage

Pros

Hybrid and that's really not necessary. Sitting in the office in a hour meeting and no more interaction with management is a waste of gas.

Cons

No room for growth. A majority of employees have been there for more than 10 years. The company does not seem to be growing so there isn't room for growth. You are constantly micromanaged and they call it "training". There is not much diversity as they pride themselves. The are no minorities in leadership.
