Work from home. Otherwise none.

Cons

Discriminatory company. Can not be bothered to follow federal law. But a whole lot of virtue signaling from C-suite. Stay away.

Communication is horrible. Company’s mentality is stuck in 1975. Very Worcester “ white American” and not easy to fit in.

Great Company to Work For

Pros

Orientation was organized and well-planned, benefits are great. Leadership was amazing. I worked 100% remotely and they provided two large monitors, modem, headset, keyboard and mouse. We use MS Teams for team calls, IMs and outbound calls.

Cons

Production-driven position but the training process is not rushed so you have time to learn and feel comfortable.
