Pros

The only thing that was worth showing up for...free parking and time off. Hopefully they manage to at least keep that!

Cons

I did not suffer from anxiety until I started working for this company. It was the worst experience of my career. Management actually will prosecute whoever does not agree with their twisted ways. It doesnt matter that you did your job and worked hard because even though they know it they will always promote the one that kisses their rear ends. So if at this time you are working hard thinking that you will ever become someone and get promoted on your efforts....Give up now!! They don't care. If you really want a promotion ride on the wings of your co-workers, take credit for their work and brown nose you CM...trust me...it's the ONLY way to get there!! Clicky and dissapointing experience at the "site" where I worked.

Pros

Free Parking. Met and worked with some very nice people.

Cons

Management in this department is a joke. My supervisor lost many good CS reps in my 14 months there. When I was able to talk with one of her supervisors, I always voiced my opinion, and nothing was ever done. She never actually worked the FALLON CS LINE -- she was a reject from CHARTER. When she had to be an "ASSIST" her answer was always to "write up a case" -- simply because she did not know the answer. How can someone who has never done done the job, be an effective supervisor. She actually told me on more than one occassion that being sworn at (by members) was "part of my job". The CS reps are treated like children. During "Customer Service Appreciation Week" we were given plastic toys and food. We all sat in cubicles for 8 hours a day tied to a headset -- we don't NEED FOOD!! I was once taken from the building via ambulance...and was sited with an "incident" on my record. It was a degrading experience.

Employees are not respected

Pros

Many of my coworkers. Free parking. Hard to think of anything else.

Cons

Employees thoughts, needs and ideas are not respected or listened too. It is difficult to work for an organization that you feel truly does not care about you, or our customers. EVERYTHING is done backwards at Fallon. Everything is done last minute and thrown together. Changes are made that directly effect compensation however there are no instructions on how to measure these changes. Promises are made.. and broken. New "ventures" become mistakes. Programs are pushed without any input from those that are actually working with/in them. The morale is horrendous. Everyone is miserable. Turnover is atrocious. It's as if no one in management cares because there is another lackey willing to take the job, for a short time at least. With the state of the company, many of us feel as if we are working on the Titanic. The insurance coverage is worse than ad more expensive than what I've had at other jobs. The pay is extremely low when compared with other companies.
