Pros

Aside from the people, the best part of working for Fallon is its flexible, hybrid work arrangement. I am able to collaborate with colleagues in person when I'm in the office and have focused independent work time from the comfort of home. The work-life balance has made all the difference for my family. With this organization, I feel appreciated, trusted and valued.

Cons

The team I work on is small but mighty. Additional resources would always be welcome, but we are able to manage and prioritize effectively so that no one feels overwhelmed.

Pros

The people who work here really seem to care about you and those we serve. Different positions may have different perspectives, but I believe overall Fallon cares about the workers. And the mission is fantastic and I feel that they truly want to help those who need it.

Cons

Fallon does a lot of different things and it's hard to make everyone happy. What a claims adjuster is happy with may not make a home health worker happy.

The culture at Fallon is terrific. We are a mission-driven organization that truly cares about the people and the communities we serve. The people that work at Fallon want to do well, and they want each other to do well. I have been at Fallon for 15 years and am still in the honeymoon phase.

Cons

As a not-for-profit organization, we don't always have the dollars and resources to do all of the things that we would like to do. That said, we have found numerous ways to be flexible and creative.
