You are over worked, case loads are way to high, you are monitored every moment of the day and are attached to a recorded ACD phone system, there is very high staff turnover resulting in coverage of multiple panels, along with your own and all the phone calls that come into the system. Disorganization with multiple priorities at one time which completely contradicts the point of a “priority”. Very low moral within staff and upper management takes no ownership of the current state of the organization. It’s a very draining place to work.
