Wish there were more. The only thing that was hard to leave were the co-workers. Very supportive co-workers and at times, mid-management.

Cons

Senior leadership is out of touch. Company has poor outlook in the long-term. Company is disorganized and as a result individual employees are given unreasonable work-loads.

Best pool of talented co-workers I've ever worked with The mission of our program was bold and groundbreaking We made a real difference for our members

Cons

Executive leadership has much to learn about managing its employees- I don't know that they ever will or care to learn Duplicitous handling of the program's closure- leadership would have been more respected had they been honest! ZERO executive leadership presence on the program's closing day- that spoke volumes!

Cons

Clueless Middle and Senior Managment busy playing politics and out of touch with reality. Poor pay and benefits . Lots of good people leaving. IT systems are old and need of serious upgrades.
