- Talented, dedicated colleagues who are accountable and care about our customers - Management is approachable and encourage feedback and innovative ideas - Promotes from within the company (I started as an individual contributor and have been promoted 4 times throughout my tenure) - Pay and benefits are on par with industry/locality - Company fosters a culture of caring; focused on health equity
Cons
- Very lean company; resources (staff, technology, and $$$) are tight - Because resources are tight, there is a tendency to go with whatever solution is cheapest/easier, which results in issues later. Can be pennywise and pound foolish.
