      Pros

      The agency is super supportive of my overall wellbeing. They take self care seroiusly and guiunenly care about how you are doing. They listen to staff feedback and do their best to accomidate suggestions. The culture at FF is unmatched when it comes to positivity, peer support, and supervisors.

      Cons

      All social work jobs comes with con's of sometimes long days, and sometimes a lot of driving. Nothing that our weights the flexiblity of making yoru work schedule and the positively of having a company that supports you like FF

      Pros

      There is a good culture, teamwork, opportunity to learn and improve social work skills. Pay is fair for the social work field. The agency supplies agency laptops, ongoing trainings, and a variety of benefits.

      Cons

      Every workplace has their downfalls, overall Families First is a great place to work. Most common complaints are no mileage reimbursement and no company issued cell phones. Social work is a difficult job and unfortunately a high burnout rate, but Families First does try to help staff find and maintain a positive work life balance.
