Pros

Family Care Center values our client's well being as well as our employees. We work diligently to ensure every employee feels a sense of belonging. We compensate competitively and fairly. We have an excellent benefits package that is available to our therapists including PTO & CME days; this is one of the many ways we're different from other behavioral health organizations.

Cons

We're growing quickly which means there are a lot of changes. The changes we make are thoughtful and focused on enriching the lives or our clients and employees.
