      Met some cool agents that weren't money hungry.

      Cons

      -They want you to write with Americo yet that's the most expensive carrier! They want you to write with that company because all the higher ups get a BIGGER BONUS! -If you decide to leave, they will NOT release you even if they claim you're not signing any contract or non captive. -They want you to build a team but don't disclose the chargebacks. -Leadership sucks when your leader wants you to go broke with their systems -Leads they sell are leads from 2 years ago

      Pros

      You’re your own boss. If willing to recruit and put in the work to build a team, then it can be lucrative. The comp is very strong and a lot of training content to work with

      Cons

      The leads that are out there seem to get worse and worse over time. Very few new agents actually succeed. Lots of agents try to look like they are doing so well, but for most of them it’s not true and they inflate what they actually are doing. Just a very tough business overall to win in.
