Pros

They are really nice and supportive, since they make money off every single sale you make.

Cons

You have to pay for horrible "leads" really just be that annoying person that calls you for years because you put your phone number online and don't actually need or want the service. But if they do agree to let you talk to them you have to drive, on your own dime and time, alll over the state or states to there homes and bang on the door until they let you in or most of them time ghost you. And if you do go in the house it's awkward, scary( as a younger female) and just weird. Not fun, not healthy, not worth it. I don't even think I broke even after my first big commission week I used the couple hundred bucks to buy leads and didn't make any money after that, did manage to get 2 traffic tickets!

We're sorry to hear that you weren't able to make consistent sales within our system. We always encourage new agents to reach out to our corporate office or their upline if they're struggling, but this position is not for everyone. We wish you the best with your future employment.

We work with some of the best A rated carriers in the country because of the diverse and quality products they offer to the client, and all of our agents work off of the same lead program.

Pros

Life Insurance is a profitable business to be in, period.

Cons

Poor executive leadership. There is no training here. You are asked to watch YouTube. FFL video provided on YouTube is subpar compared to the usual fare on YouTube by proven individuals who have done it on their own. There are two (total) exceptions who are already no longer dialing. FFL allegedly coaches the guests on YouTube videos to lie about lead sources. When you reach out to successful agents they overwhelmingly stay away from the company's CRM. But that CRM that they own will run you dry. Get your own leads. Dial days as they are done here are just a way for the company to take your money.

We work with a number of different vendors to give our agents options to a diverse lead flow, but you are always more than welcome to pursue your own prospecting methods. All of our top producers have utilized the same training system, but we understand that this position is not for everyone.
