Pros

Was laid off from the corporate world. Came to work here and will never go back lol. People are great, leads have measurable ROI if you will call them and doorknock them. Make my own schedule. Have made 20-30k a month average. Get to help people and meet incredible humans. You can hire your buddies as agents and they can also make a great living doing this. Very different from MLM or even other sales jobs I’ve done. Very equal opportunity for those who will work.

Cons

Leads take a lot of work so really not for lazy people. Doorknocking leads if they don’t answer calls. Chargebacks can suck but they are just part of the business. 20-30% chargeback rate is normal. More than that and you’re doing something wrong.

Pros

Coming from a Captive agency, I would say the pros with Family First Life is that there is a huge amount of warm leads at really great prices. That really helps you 10X your business, always having someone to talk to who really wants your help. Also, the starting commissions are amazing, up to 145%. I was making just 45% at my practice company. Here I Started out at over 100% The amount of training that is available and easily accessible is second to none. Whether it's my up line Conrad, or any of the hundreds of videos, if i want some training I got it. If an agent is doing well, FFL puts them on blast, so there is no question as to how anyone is doing so well. Transparency in the company is amazing and the freedom you have from micromanagement is awesome.

Cons

I've been sitting here for five minutes and I honestly can't think of any downsides, so none.

Pros

Family First Life offers multiple online training and educational opportunities. The culture promotes company wide engagement. I researched several IMOs prior to joining and FFL checked most of the boxes I considered somewhat important; good comp, no contract, no productivity requirement (you get back what you put into it), and quality and affordable lead availability, just to name a few. FFL provides a stress free environment which allows me to concentrate on product and carrier knowledge and to focus on the needs of my clients.

Cons

As in any other business, your management team/upline will to a great degree influence your success initially. I’m fortunate in that I’m associated with someone in my upline who genuinely cares about my success and is responsive and experienced enough to offer quality guidance to resolve any questions I may have. It doesn’t hurt that he is one of the top if not thee top producer in the company. His mentorship is priceless. My suggestion is to do your due diligence when interviewing and speaking with other agents/recruiters and carefully consider who you want to align yourself with.
