Pros
Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and want you to succeed. I made 3k after 1 week in the field part time. The starting commission percentages are higher than other IMO’s. I compared to other big names before pursuing my license. They paid for my pre licensing training. I paid for my exam, E&O insurance. I waited on contracting through providers. Its simple. They have tons of training constantly and its all set up to help you succeed. Great company great people great money. Part time or full time. The leads are amazing.

None so far , I am super critical. I would never write this it I thought there was any shady business. This is a legit business and career
