Pros

I was looking to change careers, and I saw an ad for a Family First Life sales conference nearby. I went, and I was so impressed by what I saw. I was a bit nervous to give up my job, so I got licensed and got started while I worked. I absolutely love it. I will be full time with FFL within the next month. The comp is outstanding and the leads plentiful. I like helping families make sure they are covered in case of the unfortunate. I can't wait to go fulltime!

Cons

This is not a job it is a independent contractor position. It's not a cons but you need to know

Pros

Never thought I would get out of my student loan debt, save for a ring for my girl, buy a house, and get married. With the job, I had the life I imagined was always going to be out of reach. I decided I needed to work for me! I needed a job where the harder I worked the more I could make. I have been with FFL for over a year. I made a big dent in my debt, started saving for a home, bought my girl a ring, and set a date to get married. I have the future I always wanted!

Cons

I hate running business on weekends but these days I only work every other weekend because I want to enjoy life.

Pros

I am a single dad and my daughter is diagnosed on the autism spectrum and other special needs I was always using my vacation time when she was in the hospital or had evaluations I needed to attend. I needed a job where I could make my own hours but be around for my kid. I decided to join Family First Life after I met someone who worked with them at an event. It's been a hard transition, but Family First Life has helped me out every step along the way. If I don't work I won't make money but if my kid needs me I can be there for her.

Cons

This is not an easy position and you will have a learning curve but you will get there.
