      Pros

      I joined FFL after learning about them from my neighbor who is an agent. I love that they are fine with my part-time status and never push me to work more knowing I have to be there for my kids. Quickly I got up to speed and started helping families like mind protect themselves from the unthinkable. My husband has also joined on part-time too. We brought our family to the Family!

      Cons

      My husband keeps his day job so the family has health insurance. I would love if we could buy into a group plan with Family First Life.

      Pros

      I have always worked hard but never thought I would make such an incredible living. I sell products to help protect families from catastrophe. My compensation for this service is incredible. I get work hard but I am paid for the work I do. I am supported and trained well. I have my future in my own hands.

      Cons

      Make sure you have an accountant. This is a business.

      Pros

      This company has the best culture of any company in insurance. Everyone is positive. It is not about getting the sale at all costs for FFL it is 100% about the people they serve and the peole who chose to work with them. No contract. I am independent with a great team behind me.

      Cons

      No cons in my opinion. Love it.
