      This company has great transparency and great training for everyone and they are honest and I feel you can trust them, not like some of the other big companies out there. They totally educate you and their clients and help them get the right products.

      Cons

      Being your own boss makes customer service that much more important. Making sure you follow up with clients is vital to keeping a happy book of business!

      Pros

      FFL is a company that is growing fast. I love that there is not cap to my potential with this company. The sky really is the limit.

      Cons

      If you are wanting to do that same old thing every day and are not flexible to change and grow with the culture then FFL will not be a good fit for you because you will get left in the dust.

      Ever since I started, everyone welcomed me and made me feel like it is home. Great co-workers, great management, great goals! Love that they include you and want you to become successful with the company side by side!

      If you are not self motivated or self starter, this is not the place for you!
