      Pros

      Never before have I worked word with a company that invested so much into my success. They have and continue to invest time and money into each of there agents on a weekly basis. If you're looking for an opportunity to be your own boss and provide a great income for your family, look no further.

      Cons

      Work! You've actually got to be willing to work. But 40hrs or less a week is easy with the return you'll make.

      Everything that was told to me to expect was fulfilled from the money that can be made, to the true and tried systems they have in place, to the valuable training that occurs on a weekly and monthly basis from the top producers. ~Successful people DO what unsuccessful people DONT~

      Cons

      This organization is not made for those who believe in being lazy, coddled and have an excuse for everything.

      Pros

      FFL offers top comp rates and with proof of production they will start you accordingly. Everyone earns free leads based off of personal production. $20k Club and $10k Club- additional training, free lead opportunities...NO COST!

      Cons

      This Company is not for everyone! Its main focus is to make agents profitable, if you don't work, you will not fit will with FFL.
