      We are constantly working to find new ways to make the appointment process quicker and currently work with several carriers that offer pre-appointments for the agents, that way they're able to get out into the field as quickly as possible.

      Pros

      The people I was around were some of the hardest working people I have been around. If you want to grow mentally, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      It takes money to make money and If you don't have the funds for high-quality leads this place will be extremely difficult. Even with the best commissions in the industry, if you can't sell you won't make money
