Pros

If I went to work in insurance I wanted to be independent. I looked at the other IMO's but I picked FFL. Why? The comp is outstanding. The culture is amazing. I didn't have to sign a contact and can leave at anytime. Bonus' are great. Leads are plentyful. Whats not to love about FFL??

Pros

To my surprise my second child was triplets. There was no way for me to go back to work full time, but it would take more than my husband's salary to support all these kids. I could not go back to work fulltime but I needed to make a living. I found Family First Life on Indeed and it has been great for my family. I am working part-time but making a good deal of money. I see myself with a long career at FFL.

Cons

Working weekends is the only cons I can think of!
