The compensation is wonderful! However, the support and the training makes the compensation possible! No money in a commission level without the ability to serve endless clients with the best available products!

Cons

If you don’t like a servant type culture with a competitive edge to change lives. This may not be for you!

I attended the FFL Annual Convention as I was studying for my exam. The speakers were so informative and exciting which had me doubling down to work hard to pass my license exam. Got my license and I got to work, but wow this is not easy. Taking advice and learning more about the phone and in the home. Every week I sell a little more. This is a true challenge but I like challenges. I love we have so many young agents.

Cons

Best time to sell is weekends. Boo! that is not FFL's fault but it is my least favorite part of this.

Best compensation offered. Work Independently, but have the best Mentors. Great Training and Daily Communications!

Cons

Working Independently can cause yourself to be lazy. Must stay motivated and active in order to make a great income.
