      Pros

      Top comp - always great but more importantly.. Ability to build a business day one. Different lines of income available (VP bonus, producer bonus, override income, renewals etc..) Leadership team is amazing. The company is huge on giving back to the community. The company all works together TRULY. Being able to be paid based off of MY performance means it’s on me and FFL has the resources (leads, CRM, training) so it is a plug and play system.

      Cons

      I’ve been trying to find cons and I have yet to find any. If you don’t have a work ethic, it will not work for you.

      Great Comp and Game plan, help is always available.

      Cons

      The game play is so indoctrinated that the agencies/agents are afraid to try new things. Which is funny because the theme of this business model is entrepreneurial. You upline can seriously ruin your business if they so choose.
