Been working with Family First Life for 2.5 years. Great comp and I have made progressively more each year. Great people in the leadership roles within the company who genuinely care about the agents and the clients. Did I mention the generous comp, renewals from day one, and bonus? Family First Life walks the walk and talks the talk.

The BEST comp out there. People want you to succeed. I just joined FFL like a week ago. My comp is 100%.. and can only go up from there. Compared to Equis and Symmerty They are the BEST by far. I didn't have a lot of money for leads and out of nowhere my agency manager sent me 50 leads. 50!! My manager wants me to crush it and really invests in his agents he has. i cannot wait to crust it! ive been watching all the training videos , i get alot of support from contracting and everyone is happy to answer all of my questions in a quick manner. Thank god i looked at this company , its smaller than others but man do they care.
